Elizabeth’s Story

Elizabeth brings joy and loves to help her Aunt who looks after her along with 5 other children. Elizabeth was born in 2014 but lost her Mum to HIV/AIDS as her Dad could not look after her. Her Aunt has a small garden to grow crops yet struggles to feed everyone. Elizabeth was one of the first children to receive a pair of ‘shoes that grow’ at the Shalom Children's school in Rakai. It’s beautiful to see her smile and sheer delight in receiving a brand new pair of shoes! Could you help by taking the next step with us towards transforming her future? Providing school fees will ensure she continues to stay in education, receive proper nutrition through school meals and also receive counselling and support at Shalom Children’s Project.
